施邑霏，台北人，2010年開始發現她的心靈能帶動她的手表達自我內在，於是開始了創作之路。風格大多以抽象、多彩、狂野及想像為主。
Efei Shih, Taiwanese, started her painting journey in 2010. She found that her heart could lead her hand to express her inner world. Since then, she has not stopped creating pictures, which are mostly abstract full of colors and imagination.
